I have finally got to the library to post on my
lovely blog. :) Thank you for all that have sent messages through our grieving time. My mama had done granma's hair at the mortuary. I thought she did a great job and of course it was a first for mama. Granma would have been proud of how she looked for us all. She looked like she could just wake up and say what you staring at?. We are doing good but I struggle at times working at the nursing home because many knew her in friends, relation, and of course the workers. Sometimes the patients make me think of her but slowly I remember the good times and that we were awarded 2 more years than what we should have since her major heart attack in 2005.
Yes I went to back to working at the nursing home and also walmart. I dont have a day off unless I ask for it. I still enjoy taking care of the residents but I do have to be careful that I dont get sick and that is my problem. I like to either go all wild with working or hardly nothing. I am just not a happy medium person :).
Brenda shocked alot of people at granma's veiwing but that was understandable. She is still dealing with seizure type spells and the blood clot. Hopefully after May they can do some more extensive testing to see why she does the spells and get rid of the clot as well. We are all waiting impatiently at times for May to get here.
Connie is doing good. She is still the life of the party and it is fun when we both take Brenda to the doctors together. It is like Brenda has 3 mamas lol... We are very protective of her.
Mom and Dad have been through the ringer with Dad's illness but I think that perhaps he is coming around.
So that is all about the family at this time. Unless something is happening and I am not aware of it.
talk to you later.
me :)

Thank you for sharing a part of you with me! It's wonderful reading your entries. I did want to pass along my prayers to you at this point about your Grandmother.
You know, I also wanted to tell you that I think you have a way with words! And you should consider writing articles for the Reaching Out newsletter. I am sure we'd all love to read a tribute about your Grandmother. Just something to think about. :)
Big Hugs,
Sparrow
